The Monthly List represents the record of persons who have submitted applications as first time registrants during any particular month of the year.
It is the wish of those persons whose names appear on the Monthly List to have their names included in the register of voters in the various constituencies within the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.

An application must be published in whichever constituency(ies) may be involved: in the case of change of address, in the constituency that the applicant is leaving and the one to which he/she is going. In any case, a copy is available at the electoral office(s) for inspection.
The process is subject to challenge by the general public and thus open to due process. It is also of a two-month duration.
The Revised Monthly List represents the names of persons that will be added to (and included in) the register of voters that would be used in any election or referendum. Each list is published two months following the time of publication of its corresponding Monthly List.
